Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Ticketing Supervisor located in Kochi. The Ticketing Supervisor will manage daily ticketing operations, handle customer service and reservations, and oversee flight and hotel bookings. They will ensure efficient service delivery, coordinate with sales teams for upselling opportunities, and address customer inquiries and issues. Additionally, the role will involve maintaining updated knowledge of industry regulations and best practices to enhance the service quality provided to clients. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proficiency in Sales and Reservations processes Experience in Event Planning GDS Knowledge Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Relevant experience in the travel industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field Show more Show less
