Role : Visa Executive Job description Documents verification for Visa process Ensured Timely non-discriminatory visa application processing. Verifying required information provided along with visa applications. Data entries in Italian process. Maintain stationery stock record. Maintain Record of all visa application rejected files. keeping Attendance record. Preparing MIS report. Managing accounting books & keeping data in excel. Dispatching confirmation of goods delivery on mail Need : Making packages International/Domestic . Booking Hotels/Cars etc | Understanding requirements of different visa categories. Organizing and managing relevant documents & paperwork. Answering any queries & for visa-related matters. Handling Ticketing. Required Candidate profile Travel / Visa Agency background / Ticketing You'll Be Perfect For This Role If You Have: 1-5 years of experience in the travel industry, specifically in managing corporate clients and visa-related services. Strong visa processing knowledge for both domestic and international travel. Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) for travel bookings and visa management. Excellent communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach. Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail and delivering excellent customer service. Strong understanding of corporate travel requirements, travel documentation, and visa regulations for various global destinations. A problem-solving attitude with a focus on delivering solutions to clients. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery. Bachelors degree or equivalent in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
