Strong visa processing knowledge for both domestic and international travel. Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) for travel bookings and visa management. Excellent communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach. Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail and delivering excellent customer service. Strong understanding of corporate travel requirements, travel documentation, and visa regulations for various global destinations. A problem-solving attitude with a focus on delivering solutions to clients. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery. Bachelors degree or equivalent in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
