Commis - Asian Cuisine - Cloud Kitchen

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Commis Chef – Asian Cuisine to join our cloud kitchen team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation of high-quality Asian dishes, maintain kitchen hygiene standards, and support overall kitchen operations in a fast-paced delivery-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and cooking a variety of Asian dishes including Chinese, Thai, Japanese, or Pan-Asian cuisine as per menu standards.
• Handle mise en place for sauces, vegetables, meats, and seafood, ensuring freshness and correct portioning.
• Follow recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency across all delivery orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times, following food safety and hygiene protocols.
• Label and store ingredients and prepared food in accordance with FIFO (First In First Out).
• Support senior chefs in inventory management and receiving stock deliveries.
• Maintain proper handling of kitchen equipment and promptly report any maintenance issues.
• Minimize waste and follow portion control guidelines.
• Comply with all cloud kitchen SOPs, including packaging, order tagging, and coordination with dispatch.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as Commis Chef in Asian cuisine (experience in cloud kitchen is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene, food safety standards (FSSAI knowledge preferred).
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, delivery-focused environment.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs.
• Physically fit to stand for long hours and handle kitchen duties.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
