Job position: Visa Counselors Qualification: +2, Diploma, Graduation, Post graduation Experience: 1-5 yrs Job Location: Bathinda, Punjab Salary Package: 12k to 25k+ Incentives Indian shift: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, full-time job, Work from Office Female candidates are preferred for this role.

Required skills: Strong convincing and negotiation skills. Polite, humble, and professional communication style with excellent listening skills. Ability to accept and adapt to new challenges with a positive mindset. Good English verbal and written communication abilities. Strong problem-solving skills and quick learning capability. Ability to maintain patience under difficult situations Self-motivated, team-oriented, and customer-focused approach. Basic knowledge of international visa processes, rules, and immigration regulations. Detail-oriented with the ability to handle documentation and compliance with accuracy. Ability to manage multiple client cases efficiently while meeting deadlines. First preference to the candidates having experience in visa counseling, immigration consulting, or related roles.

Key Responsibilities: Counsel clients on visa processes, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements for various countries. Review and verify client documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with embassy/consulate standards. Assist clients in preparing visa applications, scheduling appointments, and meeting submission timelines. Provide interview preparation and guidance to help clients present their case confidently. Stay updated with the latest immigration policies, procedural changes, and country-specific visa guidelines. Maintain a high level of professionalism while offering personalized solutions tailored to each client’s needs. Build strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service and ensuring a smooth visa application experience.
