As a Visa Consultant at CIBT, your role involves providing top-notch service by managing travel document needs for clients. You will serve as the interface between customers and the company, necessitating exceptional customer service, time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Your key responsibilities include: - Developing a clear understanding of travel document requirements and procedures - Managing the daily concierge schedule and preparing materials for client signatures - Opening and processing client requests, updating Traveller Profiles, and ensuring correct information on itineraries - Communicating with clients through various channels to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction - Verifying requests and ensuring all required travel documents are returned to the traveler promptly Additionally, you will be expected to: - Acknowledge and assist customers promptly and courteously - Share expertise and relevant information with team members - Clearly convey information and ideas through various communication models - Prioritize tasks and adjust priorities as needed - Continually seek to improve work processes, products, and services The ideal candidate for this role should possess an Associated Degree or high school diploma, with experience in call center or phone-based customer service preferred. Fluency in English and a second language is highly desirable. Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in computer software and a commitment to data integrity.
