Job Title : Exterior - LIDS & PQ Engineer

Job Description:

• Design and model aerospace valves, Interior Trims, Seating, HVAC Components and associated components using
CATIA V5/V6.
• Perform tolerance stack-up analysis, GD&T, and ensure manufacturability of
designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including systems, manufacturing,
and quality engineering.
• Create and manage detailed 3D models, 2D drawings, and BOMs.
• Conduct design reviews and support DFMEA and PFMEA activities.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace standards such as AS9100, DO-160, and
MIL-STD.
• Support prototype development, testing, and validation of valve designs.
• Document design changes and maintain configuration control.
