Virtual Assistant – Sales & Appointment Setter

• Make outbound international sales and appointment-setting calls (US, UK & Europe)
• Pitch Value at Void’s services and offerings confidently to prospects
• Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and CRM tools
• Schedule and confirm meetings with the Founder
• Send professional follow-up emails and meeting confirmations
• Maintain and update leads, call notes, and pipelines in CRM tools
• Achieve daily/weekly call and meeting targets
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads

• Proven experience in international sales calling / appointment setting
• Excellent US accent and strong communication skills
• Experience handling US, UK, and European clients
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
• Knowledge of lead generation techniques (cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn)
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Comfortable working in US Shift timings

• Stable high-speed internet connection
• Laptop/Desktop with headset and noise-free environment
• Prior 100% remote work experience preferred
• Ready to work long-term in US Shift

• Background in B2B services or IT/Consulting sales
• Experience booking meetings with Founders / CXOs
• Familiarity with email automation and sales tools
