Fresher required Job Title: Virtual Assistant Location: On-Site Turbhe, Navi Mumbai Industry: US Mortgage Shift : Night Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused Virtual Assistant to assist with daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication abilities, a proactive mindset, and the capability to work independently with minimal guidance. This position is best suited for individuals comfortable with night shifts and effective in collaborating across internal teams. No of Requirement : 05 Vacancies Key Responsibilities: Deliver excellent support to international clients via email and voice (calls) Handle 70% backend tasks and 30% voice/calling work Manage client communication , respond to queries, and resolve issues Handle email interactions and maintain professional written communication Assist in scheduling tasks and meetings Support in AMC-related communication Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks Requirements: Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass) Freshers with excellent verbal and written English are welcome Preferred: Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process Good computer knowledge (MS Office, email, basic tools) Comfortable working in night shifts (US time zone) Strong ability to multitask and manage priorities Confident, proactive personality with good problem-solving skills Able to handle US customer calls and email-based support Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Night shift US shift Ability to commute/relocate: Turbhe Khurd, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred) Shift availability: Night Shift (Required) Work Location: In person
