Job Title: Team leader/ Assistant team leader(AR) Location: On-Site Turbhe, Navi Mumbai Industry: US Mortgage We are looking for a proactive and experienced Team Leader to join our AR (Accounts Receivable) team! Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in AR on Paper or Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Team Leader (ATL) in AR on Paper Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills Proven ability to manage team performance and meet AR process targets Experience in handling escalations, training team members, and process improvement is a plus Key Responsibilities: Supervise and guide the AR team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals Monitor performance metrics and ensure SLAs are met Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions Act as the point of contact for internal and client escalations If you meet the criteria and are ready to take the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply!
