Role Overview

We are looking for a talented Videographer & Graphic Editor who can ideate, shoot, and edit high-quality video content. The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable behind the camera and in post-production—creating everything from short-form social media reels to long-form promotional and educational videos.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot videos for brand campaigns, events, interviews, property walkthroughs, educational sessions, and social media.
• Handle pre-production planning: framing, lighting, and audio setup.
• Edit engaging short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn clips) and polished long-form content (YouTube videos, brand films, event highlights).
• Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, and sound design where required.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to bring storyboards and concepts to life.
• Manage and organize video equipment, ensuring everything is ready for shoots.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in video content, editing styles, and social platforms.
• Create statics for the Instagram and LinkedIn handles as and when required. 

Requirements

• Proven experience as a videographer and video editor (portfolio required).
• Strong knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, and audio recording.
• Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar).
• Ability to create content in different formats and durations.
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and attention to detail.
• Creativity and adaptability to work across multiple industries and brand tones.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with quick turnarounds.
• Ability to use AI tools for video editing wherever required for faster turnaround times.

Good to Have

• Experience with drone videography.
• Graphic design skills for thumbnail and visual assets.
• Knowledge of YouTube SEO and social media video optimization.
