We are looking for a Videographer cum Director who can bring stories to life through compelling visuals and direction.

Role Overview

As a Videographer cum Director, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, and directing high-quality videos for clients and in-house projects. This includes corporate films, ad films, social media content, brand videos, and creative storytelling formats. You’ll work closely with our creative, design, and content teams to ensure every video aligns with the client’s brand identity and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop video ideas in line with client briefs and campaign goals.
• Direct shoots with strong storytelling and creative vision.
• Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for professional-grade production.
• Edit videos with precision, including motion graphics, transitions, color grading, and sound design.
• Work with designers, content writers, and strategists to deliver cohesive campaigns.
• Ensure all video content is optimized for different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Manage video production timelines, locations, and shoot logistics.
• Stay updated with the latest video trends, formats, and technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Videographer/Director in an agency, media house, or production company.
• Strong portfolio showcasing corporate films, ads, social media content, and creative projects.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with professional cameras, lighting setups, and audio equipment.
• Strong storytelling, visual composition, and direction skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Good communication and leadership skills to direct shoots and coordinate with clients/teams.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
