Job Description

What Youll Do?

As a Video QC Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the technical and creative quality of all micro-drama episodes before release. You will work closely with the content, creative, and post-production teams to maintain broadcast-level standards for video and audio delivery.
Conduct end-to-end Quality Checks of all episodes before delivery. Review and ensure color consistency, grading, and DI accuracy. Monitor audio levels and maintain balance across episodes.
Identify and resolve technical glitches such as compression errors, drop frames, and subtitle sync issues.
Verify and maintain OTT/Television delivery standards (resolution, aspect ratio, bitrates, subtitles). Work with the post-production team to implement corrections quickly and effectively.

Who You Are?

Prior QC experience in OTT platforms, television, or film post-production.
Strong knowledge of color correction workflows, DI (Digital Intermediate) processes, and audio QC.
Proficiency in industry-standard QC tools and workflows.
Keen eye for detail, with a passion for ensuring premium-quality content.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.
