We are looking for a creative and data-driven YouTube & Video Marketing Specialist to lead and grow our company’s YouTube presence. This person will be responsible for increasing reach, improving subscriber growth, and ensuring high-quality, engaging video content aligned with our brand and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a YouTube channel growth strategy

Plan and manage video content calendar (ideation, scripting, scheduling)

Handle video shooting and editing (or coordinate with editors/creators)

Optimize videos with SEO best practices – titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails

Monitor YouTube analytics and performance metrics, adjust strategies as needed

Run A/B testing on thumbnails, headlines, and formats

Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align messaging

Stay updated with YouTube algorithm changes and industry trends

Requirements:

Proven track record of growing YouTube channels (please share links or portfolios)

Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, etc.)

Basic knowledge of scripting, storytelling, and branding

Understanding of YouTube Studio, analytics, and YouTube SEO

Strong communication and project management skills

(Bonus) Experience with paid promotion on YouTube (ads)

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field

5+ years of relevant experience managing a YouTube channel or video brand

Creative mindset with a strong understanding of audience behavior on YouTube.
