About the Role

You’ll own Namhya’s visual identity—creating static and motion-graphic assets that engage millions. From social posts and web banners to TikTok snippets and email videos, you’ll be hands-on at every step in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Social & Digital Graphics:

  Design static posts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), email headers, infographics, and packaging mockups.

• Video Production & Editing:

  Edit and produce 15–60 sec videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube, ads) from storyboard through final MP4.

• Motion Graphics & VFX:

  Create animations and visual effects in After Effects or Premiere Pro to elevate our messaging.

• AI-Assisted Creativity:

  Leverage AI tools (e.g. Midjourney, DALL·E) for rapid ideation and asset generation.

• Brand Systems:

  Maintain templates, fonts, color palettes, iconography, and version control for consistency.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  Partner with marketing, growth, and product teams to translate briefs into on-brand visuals.

• Rapid Iteration:

  Incorporate feedback swiftly, adhere to deadlines, and optimize assets based on performance data.

What You’ll Bring

• Portfolio showcasing social graphics, digital ads, infographics, packaging, and/or video work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools (Figma, Final Cut Pro).
• Strong grasp of typography, layout, color theory, and motion-graphic principles.
• Creative problem-solver with keen attention to detail and quality.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote setup.
• Bonus: Experience with AI-powered design workflows or basic 3D/CG skills.
