Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for events, campaigns, and client projects.
• Work with the ExOps team to capture live experiences during off-sites and activations.
• Operate and maintain cameras, lighting, and sound equipment.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop video concepts.
• Support in post-production editing (basic to intermediate level: trimming, color correction, sound balancing, etc.)
• Ensure timely delivery of content in line with project schedules.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques in video storytelling.

Who We’re Looking For

• Freshers from Film Schools / Mass Communication / Journalism OR Candidates with prior internship or project experience in filmmaking / video production.
• Comfortable with in-office role and travel/off-site assignments.

Basic knowledge of:

• Cameras (DSLR/Mirrorless)
• Lighting setups
• Sound recording equipment
• Video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
• A creative eye and passion for storytelling
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
