Job Description

A day in the life of an Infoscion involves leading engagement efforts to provide high-quality consulting solutions to customers across different stages of problem-solving. You will review proposals, guide consultants, and analyze solutions to identify potential risks. Change management requirements will be identified, and a structured approach will be proposed to manage change using various communication mechanisms. As a part of the team, you will coach, provide subject matter training, motivate team members, and ensure effective feedback and recognition for high performance. You will contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives, aiming to deliver consulting solutions following organizational guidelines and processes. Having good knowledge of software configuration management systems, strong business acumen, and awareness of the latest technologies and industry trends is essential. Logical thinking, problem-solving skills, collaboration abilities, and industry domain knowledge are valued. Understanding financial processes for different projects, pricing models, client interfacing skills, SDLC, agile methodologies, project management, and team management are also required.
