We're expanding our creative team and are on the lookout for a Senior Video Editor who understands modern content, AI-assisted editing, and what makes video convert in today’s digital landscape.Key Responsibilities-Lead the video editing process across various projects: Reels, Ads, Explainers, Testimonials, UGC, Motion Graphics, and Long-form content.-Collaborate with creative producers, copywriters, and social media teams to develop video concepts aligned with campaign goals.-Edit performance-driven creatives for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.-Implement AI tools to streamline editing workflows and enhance quality.-Repurpose existing content across formats, platforms, and aspect ratios.-Add captions, motion graphics, branding elements, sound design, and effects where required.-Manage a team of junior editors or freelancers when needed and review/edit their work to maintain quality control.-Stay on top of digital trends, editing techniques, platform updates, and algorithm changes.Requirements1-2years of professional video editing experience, preferably in a digital agency environment.Portfolio showcasing Reels, Ad creatives, UGC-style edits, brand videos, and short-form storytelling.Proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or Final Cut.Familiarity with AI-based editing tools (Descript, Runway, Pictory, etc.) is a strong plus.Knowledge of social media trends, hooks, and formats that convert (problem-solution structure, testimonials, influencer/UGC, etc.).Strong storytelling and visual editing skills.Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.Experience working in a team environment with content strategists, designers, and marketers.Nice to HaveMotion graphics experienceKnowledge of performance marketing or ad testingBasic understanding of branding and product positioningExperience working with eCommerce or lifestyle brandsJob Type: Full-timeSchedule:Day shiftWork Location: In personJob Type: Full-timeSchedule:Day shiftWork Location: In person
