Do you think in timelines, cuts and transitions? Does your brain automatically add background music when something dramatic happens in real life? Then you might just be the Video Editor we’re looking for.

We need someone who can take hours of raw footage, random team ideas and the occasional “can you make it pop?” feedback and turn it all into videos people actually want to watch. From slick ads to scroll-stopping reels to event highlights, your edits will set the pace, mood and story.

You’re not just piecing clips together; you’re building stories people actually want to watch.

What You’ll Do

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging videos.
• Add music, sound effects, graphics and titles that actually fit (not just whatever’s on the stock folder).
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ideas, storyboards and styles.
• Keep videos on-brand while still making them fun, bold and creative.
• Experiment with cuts, effects and trends to keep content fresh.
• Organize and manage video files (because no one likes searching “Final_v2 or FINAL_lastnfinal.mp4”).
• Segregate, label, and manage client data like a pro so nobody has to hunt for “that one clip” at 2 AM. Your future self (and the team) will thank you.
• Deliver projects on time without compromising quality.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong skills with Adobe Premiere Pro (bonus if you know After Effects).
• An eye for storytelling, pacing and detail.
• 2+ years of editing experience (or a portfolio that proves you’ve got the chops).
• Someone who actually enjoys feedback and isn’t afraid to try new edits.
• Time management skills (because deadlines don’t edit themselves).
• A sense of humor helps, editing late-night party videos sometimes requires it.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
