About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for marketing, social media, and promotional use.
• Create reels, short-form videos, and brand stories optimised for digital platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
• Collaborate with content creators, coaches, and the marketing team to plan and execute creative campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency in every editvisual tone, message, and pacing.
• Stay updated with social media trends and emerging editing styles.
• Organise and manage media assets efficiently.
• Track performance of published content and suggest improvements.

Skills & Requirements

• Proficiency in editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar).
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and music synchronisation.
• Good sense of design, colour grading, and transitions.
• Experience in creating content for social media platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Growth-oriented mindsetopen to learning, feedback, and evolving trends.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a creative team.
