Role Description

Video Editor

Your role includes editing, adding effects and animations, and ensuring the final product is high-quality and on-brand.

If you're passionate about storytelling through video and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment, we’d love to have you on board!

• Edit both long-form and short-form video content for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
• Collaborate with the content team to understand the video concept, storytelling style, and objectives.
• Bring creative ideas to the table to enhance the storytelling through video.
• Ensure the final video product is visually appealing and aligns with the brand’s identity.
• Add special effects, animations, and graphics to enhance videos (using After Effects and other tools).
• Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Organize and manage video files, edits, and versions.

• Proficient in video editing software:

  Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.

• Basic knowledge of tools like the

  Adobe creative Cloud, Canva Pro and Generative AI

• Strong storytelling skills and the ability to create engaging narratives.
• Excellent understanding of video pacing, rhythm, and visual appeal.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity.
• Knowledge of video formats, compression, and export settings for various platforms.

• 1-2 years of experience in video editing (or strong portfolio showcasing editing skills).
• Knowledge of basic graphic design tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with social media trends and video formats.
