Job Role

Video Editor (Reels & Short-form Content Specialist)

engaging Instagram Reels, Shorts, and other social media-friendly videos

Key Responsibilties

• Repurpose existing

  photos and videos

  into short, engaging

  Reels and social media content

• Edit content with attention to pacing, music sync, transitions, and captions
• Apply professional

  color grading

  and styling for consistency across content
• Stay updated with

  Instagram and social media trends

  to create relevant, high-performing content
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative team, including

  in-person coordination at the store (twice a week, if required)

• Ensure timely delivery of content that aligns with brand tone and vision

Qualifications

• Proven experience in

  editing Reels, Shorts, or other short-form social content

• Strong skills in

  video editing, motion graphics, and transitions

• Ability to creatively repurpose static content into dynamic videos
• Knowledge of

  social media trends, music, and editing styles

• Excellent attention to detail and creativity
• Familiarity with design software (Photoshop/Illustrator) is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communication, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory
