Job Role

Graphic Designer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs for digital and print media, social media creatives, marketing campaigns, and brand collateral. The role requires strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to translate concepts into impactful designs that align with the company’s premium positioning.

Key Responsibilties

• Design and develop

  social media creatives, posts, and campaigns

• Create visually appealing

  marketing collaterals, brochures, presentations, and print materials

• Work closely with the marketing and creative team during

  in-office days (2 days a week)

  for brainstorming and alignment
• Repurpose existing brand assets into fresh, engaging content
• Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs
• Stay updated with the latest

  design trends and digital best practices

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a

  Graphic Designer

  with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in

  Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

  and other design tools
• Ability to create designs for

  both digital and print platforms

• Strong sense of typography, color theory, and layout design
• Knowledge of

  social media trends and digital-first design

• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and visual storytelling
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Communication, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory
