Job Description

Video Editing & ProductionEdit high-quality videos for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn). Create marketing videos, product demos, testimonials, event highlights, and advertisements. Optimize videos for different platforms, formats, and aspect ratios. Add motion graphics, text overlays, animations, transitions, and sound design. Ensure brand consistency in all video deliverables. Digital Marketing CollaborationWork closely with the marketing team to develop video concepts that support campaigns and KPIs. Create video assets for paid ads (Meta, Google, YouTube). Repurpose existing footage into new content for ongoing campaigns. Stay updated on social media trends, editing styles, and best practices for engagement and retention. Planning & ExecutionOrganize raw footage and maintain a structured media library. Complete projects within deadlines while managing multiple tasks. Provide creative input during brainstorming and script/storyboard sessions. Conduct basic color correction, sound mixing, and visual enhancement. Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience as a Video Editor in marketing, agency, or content creation roles. Strong proficiency in editing software such as Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro,or equivalent. Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation (After Effects preferred). Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and video optimization techniques. Ability to work with tight deadlines, manage multiple projects, and adapt to feedback.
