Telesales Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller / Education Counsellor to join our Digital Marketing Institute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential students, explaining our digital marketing courses, and guiding them through the admission process. Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, and inquiries. Explain the institute’s digital marketing courses, fees, and career benefits to interested candidates. Follow up with leads and maintain a proper database of calls and follow-ups. Convert inquiries into admissions by building trust and providing clear information. Handle incoming calls and respond to student queries promptly. Coordinate with the marketing and admissions team for daily updates and reporting. Requirements:Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu. Previous experience in telecalling, counselling, or sales (education industry preferred). Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, WhatsApp, etc.). Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome. Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (plus incentives)Job Type: Full-timeTimings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
