Video Editing Intern (In-Office) – New Town, Kolkata Location: New Town, Kolkata (In-office only) Type: Internship (2–3 months) Stipend: ₹8,000 per month (first 3 months) Work days: 6 days a week We’re looking for a Video Editing Intern who loves creating short-form content and wants real, hands-on experience working with a small, fast-moving team. You’ll be editing mostly short videos (reels/shorts) similar to the samples we’ll provide. What you’ll doEdit short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.) based on scripts and raw footage Add text, basic transitions, music, sound effects, and B-roll where needed Repurpose long-form content into multiple short clips Export and organize files properly for posting Work closely with the team to experiment with hooks, pacing, and storytelling for better engagement Who we’re looking for Basic to good knowledge of any editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve / CapCut / VN, etc. Understands Instagram / YouTube short-form content style Has a basic sense of framing, timing, and aesthetics Can stick to deadlines and is okay with multiple revisions when needed Eager to learn, take feedback, and improve Bonus (not mandatory): Prior experience editing reels/shorts A small portfolio, Google Drive link, or Instagram page with your edits Internship details Duration: 2–3 months (based on mutual fit) Stipend: ₹8,000 per month for the first 3 months Timing: 6 days a week (exact timings can be discussed in the interview) Mode: In-office only (New Town, Kolkata) Full-time opportunity (performance-based) After the internship, there is a possibility of converting this into a full-time role based on your performance, consistency, and attitude.
