Skills We Want to See Strong pacing – if your edits drag, this isn’t for you Solid storytelling – scene structure, emotional flow, tension and release Good music sense – track selection + sync that elevates the cut Basic design sense – clean typography, layout, visual taste Attention to detail – no sloppy cuts, no lazy transitions Bonus Skills (Not mandatory but helpful) Motion graphics: simple, clean, functional animation Colour grading: balanced correction + consistent look Tools & Setup We’re not here to dictate your software, but your form will ask what you use and what your system specs are.
