Job Title: Video Editor
Location: Kochi, Kerala (in-office)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce engaging video content across platforms (web, social media, YouTube, client promos) aligned with brand identity and campaign goals.
• Collaborate with creative, design and marketing teams to transform concepts/ideas into polished videos (including pre-production, post-production motion graphics, sound design, colour correction).
• Incorporate transitions, effects, motion graphics, and audio enhancements to elevate quality and storytelling.
• Prepare videos for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) ensuring correct formats, aspect ratios, resolutions and optimized delivery.
• Manage media assets, maintain organized file structures, version control, backups and archive workflows.
• Stay updated on latest editing tools, social media video trends, best practices and propose creative improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years of professional video editing experience
• Strong proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop (or equivalent).
• Good understanding of sound design, colour grading/correction, motion graphics and video storytelling.
• Portfolio or showreel showcasing a variety of video formats and styles (social media reels, longer form content, branded videos).
• Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently, meet tight deadlines, and work in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and delivery requirements for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn.
• Strong creative sense, attention to detail, and clear communication skills.
