What You’ll Do:

• Edit engaging, high-quality videos for social media, YouTube, client campaigns, and internal projects
• Work with the creative team to transform raw footage, screen recordings, and AI-generated assets into compelling visual stories
• Use music, transitions, sound effects, text animations, and pacing to maximize viewer retention
• (Optional) Learn and incorporate AI tools into the editing workflow — we’ll train you on this
• Stay up-to-date with editing trends, platform-specific video formats, and storytelling techniques

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio or showreel
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent editing software)
• Solid understanding of pacing, rhythm, and storytelling
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or animations (After Effects is a plus)
• Good sense of music, sound design, and timing
• Ability to take feedback and revise quickly
• Openness to learn AI video workflows (we provide training)

Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory):

• Familiarity with AI tools like RunwayML, Pika Labs, ChatGPT, Midjourney
• Experience with YouTube content creation or Instagram Reels/TikTok-style edits
• Ability to create or modify motion graphics and titles
• Basic graphic design or thumbnail design skills
