As part of our expanding digital presence, we are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to produce engaging and high-quality video content. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in video editing software, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for storytelling through visuals.

Job Summary

The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and enhancing educational videos, promotional content, and social media clips. The role requires proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar software, along with a strong understanding of video storytelling, transitions, effects, and sound editing. The candidate should be a fast learner, adaptable, and committed to meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Video Editing & Post-Production

• Edit educational videos, promotional campaigns, and social media content with a high level of precision and creativity.
• Use Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or other relevant software for professional-grade video editing.
• Enhance raw footage with appropriate transitions, effects, and animations.
• Improve video quality through color correction, sound enhancement, and motion graphics.

2. Content Optimization & Delivery

• Adapt videos for different platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and website content.
• Ensure seamless audio-video synchronization and clear, professional output.
• Compress and format videos for optimized loading speeds without compromising quality.
• Maintain consistency in branding, fonts, and overlays across all videos.

3. Collaboration & Creative Development

• Work closely with the content team, faculty, and marketing team to develop engaging video content.
• Provide creative input on script, visuals, and overall storytelling.
• Edit recorded lectures, online courses, and interactive learning materials.
• Stay updated with the latest video editing trends and techniques to enhance content quality.

4. File Management & Workflow Optimization

• Organize and manage raw footage, project files, and final exports systematically.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Follow structured file-naming conventions and backup systems for long-term storage.

Required Qualifications & SkillsTechnical Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Basic understanding of motion graphics, animations, and visual effects.
• Experience with color grading, sound mixing, and audio editing.
• Knowledge of video compression techniques and different file formats.
• Familiarity with basic graphic design tools like Photoshop or Canva (preferred).

• Strong attention to detail and creativity in video storytelling.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn new editing techniques and software.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or certification in Media, Film Editing, Visual Communication, or a related field (not mandatory).
• Prior experience working as a Video Editor, Motion Graphics Designer, or similar role.
• Experience in educational content creation or e-learning platforms is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
