Video Editor

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with video editing software, a strong sense of visual storytelling, and the ability to transform raw footage into engaging and high-quality videos that align with our brand and communication goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and assemble recorded raw material (video, audio, graphics, and animation) into a finished product suitable for publishing.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and produce promotional, social media, and corporate videos.
• Add music, dialogue, graphics, and special effects to enhance video quality and engagement.
• Ensure logical sequencing, smooth transitions, and visual appeal in all video outputs.
• Maintain brand consistency and adhere to company style guidelines.
• Manage and organize video assets and project files for efficient workflow.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and tools in video editing and digital content creation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Studies, Media Production, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of proven experience in video editing or a similar role.
• Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
• Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual composition.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and color grading is a plus.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience creating short-form videos for social media (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Basic sound design and mixing knowledge.
• Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and detail.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
