About the Role

AIBI Campus is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our growing EduTech team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling and digital content creation, with the ability to transform raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos that support our marketing, admissions, and branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Core Editing Work

• Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging content — including lectures, promotional videos, ads, reels, shorts, and testimonials.
• Support marketing and admissions teams by producing videos that drive lead generation and student engagement.
• Add graphics, animations, transitions, sound effects, and background music to enhance visual appeal.
• Ensure smooth storytelling and consistent tone aligned with the institute’s branding.
• Create multiple versions of videos (long-form, short-form, vertical, square) for different social media platforms.

Marketing & Content Alignment

• Collaborate with trainers, social media managers, and the marketing team to produce videos that support campaigns and promotions.
• Edit course promos, event highlights, and student success stories.
• Optimize all videos for major social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) while adhering to each platform’s technical guidelines.

Creativity & Branding

• Maintain a consistent visual identity across all video content.
• Suggest creative ideas, new editing techniques, and video concepts to elevate brand storytelling.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in video editing, reels, and digital marketing content.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or equivalent).
• Strong sense of timing, visual composition, and storytelling.
• Basic understanding of color correction, sound mixing, and motion graphics.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in EduTech, marketing, or creative agencies is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
