Join us to drive how the next billion users will interact on the internet! What'll you do: Post-production of video ad content for internal brands like ShareChat, Moj, Vibely, QuickTV. Collaborate with creative teams (directors, producers, copywriters, and designers) to bring storyboards and concepts to life. Assemble raw footage into a polished, engaging final product while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Enhance video quality through color grading, sound design, transitions, motion graphics, and special effects. Adapt content into multiple formats and aspect ratios for use across various platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, Facebook). Maintain an organized workflow, including file management, version control, and backup procedures. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, editing software advancements, and emerging storytelling techniques. Manage deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Who you are: 2-4 years of experience with video production, and motion graphics. Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and narrative structure. Basic knowledge of sound editing and audio mixing for video production. Familiarity with motion graphics and animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Blender, or similar). Creative mindset with a sharp eye for detail, color, and composition. Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines.
