Our platform reaches users globally through large-scale performance marketing campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, aimed at driving app installs.

We’re seeking a talented Video Editor with a passion for performance-driven storytelling to create visually captivating and emotionally engaging video ads that connect with audiences worldwide.

Position Overview

As a Video Editor, you’ll collaborate with writers and marketing teams to produce long-form (30–40 minutes) and short-form (up to 2 minutes) video ads. Your work will focus on creating impactful content that improves click-through rates (CTR), user retention, and reduces Cost Per Install (CPI). You’ll use creative instincts combined with performance insights to continuously optimize content.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce engaging long-form and short-form video ads tailored for Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
• Partner with writers to develop ad scripts aligned with performance marketing goals
• Collaborate with business and marketing teams to refine creative direction based on data-driven insights
• Analyze performance metrics (CTR, retention, CPI) to enhance creative effectiveness
• Optimize video assets for maximum engagement and distribution reach
• Utilize AI-based video creation tools (Kling, Runway, Pika, Minimax, Vidu) to improve production quality and efficiency
• Work proficiently with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and Illustrator for editing and design tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Illustrator)
• Experience with AI video tools such as Kling, Runway, Pika, Minimax, or Vidu
• Strong analytical mindset to assess creative performance and optimize content
• Native-level fluency in German and professional working proficiency in English
• Proven experience creating attention-grabbing, high-converting video ads for social platforms
