Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw footage into polished, professional videos that align with the creative vision of our projects. The Video Editor will work closely with directors, producers, and other team members to craft visually compelling stories for various media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit Raw Footage: Assemble and edit video clips to create a final product that is cohesive and engaging.
• Audio Synchronization: Sync audio tracks with video, remove unwanted noise, and ensure clear, balanced sound.
• Video Enhancements: Apply color correction, basic visual effects (VFX), and graphics to elevate the quality of the video.
• Collaborate with Team: Work closely with directors, producers, and other creatives to ensure the video aligns with the desired vision and objectives.
• Implement Transitions: Add smooth transitions, effects, and titles to enhance the viewing experience.
• Final Review & Revisions: Implement feedback from clients or team members to refine and perfect the video before final approval.
• Export and Deliver Final Video: Output the video in various formats and resolutions as required for different platforms (e.g., YouTube, social media, television).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
• Strong understanding of audio editing and synchronization.
• Experience with basic visual effects, color grading, and motion graphics.
• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in motion graphics design and/or animation.
• Knowledge of sound design and mixing.
• Familiarity with various video formats and resolution requirements for different platforms.
