- Trim, color-correct, add effects, transitions, and audio as needed.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to understand content requirements.
- Work on short-form videos (reels, shorts) and long-form content (YouTube videos, brand films)
- Stay updated on video trends, formats, and platform requirements.
- Handle multiple projects and deliver videos on tight deadlines.
- Organize and maintain project files and video archives.
- Basic to advanced proficiency in major video editing software such as
- Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro, AfterEffects, Da Vinci Resolve, Cap Cut ,VN Editor, Canva (video editing module)
- Basic understanding of motion graphics and visual storytelling.
- Knowledge of audio editing and sound syncing.
- Ability to take feedback positively and revise quickly. - Strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and timing in edits. Good to Have (Not Mandatory): - Experience in color grading and sound design.
- Understanding of social media algorithms (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.). - Basic knowledge of graphic design or animation tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Blender).
