What You'll Do:

• Edit long-form

  video podcasts

  with multiple camera angles
• Create high-quality, engaging

  Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts

• Add dynamic motion graphics

  and text animations using Adobe After Effects
• Maintain consistency in visual style across different formats and platforms
• Cut down raw footage, sync audio, and add sound design as needed
• Work closely with our content strategy and production team for quick turnarounds
• Deliver export-ready final outputs optimized for different social platforms

Key Skills Required:

• Proficiency in

  Adobe Premiere Pro

  and

  After Effects

• Solid understanding of storytelling and pacing, especially in podcasts

• Experience editing reels

  that are engaging, scroll-stopping, and viral-ready
• Knowledge of audio syncing, color correction, and sound mixing
• Good sense of timing, transitions, and typography
• Strong creative instincts and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in video editing
• Strong portfolio of

  podcast edits and social media reels

• Knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus
