Role Overview

As a Video Editor, you’ll be a key part of our creative team, responsible for shaping how brands look, feel, and move on screen. You’ll turn raw footage into powerful stories that grab attention, hold it, and leave an impression. This role is for someone who understands pacing, emotion, and platform culture and edits with intent, not just effects.

What You’ll Do

Creative Direction & Visual Thinking

* Work closely with strategists, designers, and content creators to translate ideas into compelling video narratives

* Understand brand tone and ensure every edit aligns with the brand’s identity and goals

* Stay on top of editing trends, reel formats, transitions, sound styles, and storytelling patterns

* Bring fresh ideas while maintaining consistency across campaigns

Execution & Editing

* Edit videos for Instagram, YouTube, ads, websites, and other digital platforms

* Handle reels, long-form videos, ads, BTS content, and campaign edits

* Research references, formats, and styles to support creative concepts

* Fine-tune pacing, transitions, sound design, and visual flow

* Maintain high visual quality across all deliverables

What We’re Looking For

* Strong interest and experience in video editing and visual storytelling

* Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects or similar)

* Clear understanding of platform-specific formats and audience behaviour

* Strong eye for detail, rhythm, and visual balance

* Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate fast

* Good communication and time-management skills
