The Role: Video Editor

versatile, imaginative, and technically skilled Video Editor

This is not just an editing role — it’s a chance to build a visual language for an expanding educational and healthcare brand with a strong digital future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize, edit, and produce

    short- and long-form videos

    for social media, digital campaigns, student stories, events, and institutional films.
  • Execute

    color grading, sound design, and motion graphics

    with cinematic precision.
  • Collaborate with

    marketing, academic, and communications teams

    to translate institutional goals into powerful visuals.
  • Maintain an efficient

    video asset library

    and ensure content consistency across platforms.
  • Assist in

    creative ideation

    , script visualization, and pre/post-production planning.
  • Optimize video formats for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, website).
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience (2–4 years preferred) in

    video editing and post-production

    .
  • Expertise in

    Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    color theory, sound mixing, motion graphics, typography, and pacing

    .
  • A sharp storytelling instinct with the ability to evoke emotion and clarity through visuals.
  • Familiarity with

    educational or institutional content

    will be an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Film Production, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field

    preferred.
