About the Role

We’re looking for a talented Talking Head Video Editor to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for editing high-retention videos, applying motion graphics, enhancing visuals, and ensuring every video keeps audiences engaged from start to finish.

Your Day-to-Day Tasks Will Include:

• Editing talking head videos for clarity, pacing, and viewer retention
• Adding motion graphics and attention-grabbing visual elements
• Performing basic color correction and grading
• Collaborating with the creative team to bring content ideas to life

You’re a Perfect Fit If You:

• Are highly proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Have experience editing YouTube or Instagram videos in similar styles
• Are passionate about storytelling and viewer retention
• Pay attention to detail and prefer clean, modern editing aesthetics
• Want to grow fast with a performance-focused creative agency
