Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and trend-savvy Reels Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, high-quality short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) that aligns with our brand identity and helps boost our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce short-form video content for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
• Create eye-catching transitions, captions, and effects that align with current social media trends.
• Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop video ideas and content strategies.
• Repurpose long-form content into engaging short videos.
• Stay up to date with trending audio, styles, and formats across social platforms.
• Ensure all videos maintain brand consistency and meet platform specifications.
• Optimize videos for engagement, storytelling, and viewer retention.
• Manage and organize video assets for easy retrieval and reuse.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Reels or short-form video editor.
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, VN, Final Cut Pro, or After Effects.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, timing, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work quickly and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative mindset with a good sense of humor and trend awareness.
• Basic knowledge of sound design, color grading, and motion graphics is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in social media content creation or influencer marketing.
• Familiarity with analytics and understanding what drives engagement.
• Photography or videography experience is an added advantage.
