About the Role

As a Video Editor at Budha, you’ll help shape the stories that define our brand. This isn’t just editing for views — it’s editing for meaning, memory, and momentum.

You’ll work on both short-form and long-form content across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Shorts. Your work will directly contribute to how thousands of students, parents, and educators perceive who we are and what we stand for.

This role sits at the heart of our content engine — where storytelling, visual identity, and emotion meet. It demands technical skill, creative judgment, and a deep understanding of what holds attention and builds trust.

You’ll be a core voice in how the Budha story is told.

What You'll Do:

• Edit emotionally rich content across Reels, Shorts, YouTube, and interviews

• Shoot content across campus — from workshops to student stories and behind-the-scenes moments

• Shape the brand’s visual tone through music, pacing, and storytelling

• Work closely with the content and leadership teams on creative campaigns

• Help build a consistent visual and narrative identity for Budha

• Organize and manage footage with clean, reliable workflows

What We're Looking For:

• Strong grasp of editing software like Premiere Pro or Final Cut

• A good sense of storytelling, pacing, rhythm, and emotional clarity

• Visual and aesthetic sensitivity — clean design, thoughtful cuts

• Interest in youth culture, education, and content with purpose

• Collaborative, feedback-friendly, and committed to the craft

• You run a content page or work with creators
