The goal is to build high-quality, meaningful content. 🛠️ Role: Full-Time YouTube Video Editor 🕒 Timing: 11 AM – 7 PM (Mon–Sat) 📍 Location: nacharam 💼 Type: Full-time (long-term growth role) 🎯 Responsibilities Edit YouTube videos with fast pacing & sharp structure Create shorts/reels from main videos Add B-rolls, text overlays, transitions, sound effects  thumbnails Organize files, backups, and project versions Take feedback and improve continuously 💡 You Should Know Video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or CapCut (desktop) Design tools: Canva or adobe apps Photoshop for thumbnails Understand YouTube pacing, retention, and attention strategy Strong attention to detail (audio, cuts, visuals) Growth mindset, responsible, and willing to build something long-term 💰 Pay: Starting ₹15,000/month (Performance-based growth every 3–6 months) 🚀 Why Join?
