Coordinate with underwriters/insurers for service requests and ensure closure within defined TATs. Issue revised documents and communicate changes to clients. 5. MIS, Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate data and MIS for policy issuance, renewals, claims, and endorsements. Ensure adherence to IRDAI guidelines and company SOPs. Support audit processes by preparing required data and documentation. 6. Communication & Coordination: Liaise with insurance companies, underwriters, TPAs, and internal teams. Provide backend support to sales and client service teams. Respond to internal and client queries on policy status and documentation.
