Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Support & Coordination Assist senior sales executives in managing client accounts and handling inquiries. Coordinate with internal departments to track and ensure on-time order fulfilment. Maintain CRM systems and update customer databases regularly. 2. Documentation & Reporting Prepare and manage sales documents such as quotations, proforma invoices, dispatch schedules, and follow-up emails. Generate and present sales reports (daily/weekly/monthly) for internal review. 3. Client Communication Communicate with clients regarding order updates Be the bridge between the technical team and the client Escalate complex or technical issues to the appropriate department with clear context. 4. Market Research Support the sales team by collecting data on competitors, customer feedback, and pricing trends. Share insights from client interactions to suggest improvements. 5. Order Management Assist in processing, verifying, and documenting orders. Liaise with the logistics team to track shipments and provide customers with timely updates.

1. Quality Control Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and final products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Conduct routine and special quality audits, and maintain audit reports. Work closely with the production team to promptly resolve quality-related issues. Co-ordinate with vendors in case of quality issues faced in raw materials 2. Compliance & Documentation Maintain thorough documentation for quality checks, test results, and non-conformance reports. Ensure adherence to industry standards, client requirements, and ISO certifications. Assist in compiling and managing quality-related reports and documentation. 3. Testing & Analysis Conduct various product tests—mechanical, electrical, and environmental—on connectors and other parts. Analyse testing data to identify product improvements and suggest process enhancements. 4. Continuous Improvement Identify areas for improving quality and contribute to the implementation of best practices. Support internal training initiatives to elevate team awareness on quality standards and procedures. 5. Customer Focus Respond professionally to client feedback and resolve quality concerns efficiently. Ensure product specifications are fully understood and integrated into the production workflow.

1. Policy Processing & Documentation: Manage new business processing: application entry, documentation validation, and coordination with insurers. Verify KYC, income proof, and medical documents as per underwriting requirements. Upload proposals on insurer portals and track issuance status. Generate and maintain proposal and policy issuance MIS. 2. Renewals & Persistency: Monitor policy renewal due dates for both life and general insurance. Send timely renewal reminders and follow-ups with clients and sales teams. Process renewals on insurer portals and issue renewal receipts. 3. Claims Assistance (Life & Non-Life): Receive, validate, and forward claims documents to insurers. Maintain claim tracker and coordinate for updates with TPA/Insurer. Ensure timely communication with clients regarding claim status and requirements. 4. Endorsements & Policy Servicing: Handle requests for changes like nominee updates, address changes, sum insured modifications, and endorsements. Coordinate with underwriters/insurers for service requests and ensure closure within defined TATs. Issue revised documents and communicate changes to clients. 5. MIS, Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate data and MIS for policy issuance, renewals, claims, and endorsements. Ensure adherence to IRDAI guidelines and company SOPs. Support audit processes by preparing required data and documentation. 6. Communication & Coordination: Liaise with insurance companies, underwriters, TPAs, and internal teams. Provide backend support to sales and client service teams. Respond to internal and client queries on policy status and documentation.
