Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of video editors and motion graphic designers, providing creative direction and constructive feedback.
• Oversee the entire video production process—from concept development to final delivery.
• Edit and assemble high-quality videos for campaigns, ads, social media, internal communication, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, creative, and content teams to develop video strategies and concepts.
• Review and ensure consistency in style, tone, and quality across all video outputs.
• Manage project timelines, workloads, and priorities to meet deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest editing techniques, video trends, and digital tools.
• Maintain and organize the video library and digital assets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 4years of professional experience in video editing, with at least 1 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong storytelling, pacing, and visual composition skills.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, sound design, and color grading.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading a creative team within a marketing, media, or agency environment.
• Familiarity with video production, cinematography, and lighting setups.
• Understanding of social media video formats and digital marketing campaigns

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,535.07 - ₹45,000.00 per month
