Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and driven Video Editor cum Graphic Designer with at least 1+ years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of storytelling, and a pulse on the latest trends in short-form video and social media content. Key Responsibilities:

• Video Editing & Production:
• Edit and produce high-quality short-form videos for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and more.
• Integrate music, sound effects, motion graphics, and animations to enhance viewer engagement.
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to the company’s visual style guidelines.
• Graphic Design:
• Create compelling thumbnails, banners, social media posts, and marketing materials.
• Develop and refine graphic assets for various digital campaigns to strengthen brand identity.
• Content Strategy & Management:
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform features, and best practices for short-form content.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to plan and execute content calendars.
• Manage end-to-end social media workflows, including content scheduling, posting, and basic community engagement.
• Video Recording & Shooting (Preferred):
• Assist in on-site or studio video shoots as needed.
• Handle basic camera operations, lighting, and audio setup to ensure professional-quality footage.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 1+ years of professional experience in video editing and graphic design.
• Proven expertise in creating engaging YouTube Shorts, Reels, or TikTok videos.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
• Strong understanding of current social media trends and platform algorithms.
• Experience with basic video recording and shooting techniques is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
