We’re now looking for a creative, detail-oriented Video Editor to join our remote team. The ideal candidate should have experience in editing engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, and an eye for trends, pacing, and storytelling

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Post-Production

1. Edit raw footage into engaging, high-retention short-form videos.2.
2. Add text overlays, transitions, and motion graphics for better storytelling.3.
3. Integrate background music and sound effects to enhance viewer engagement.

Content Optimization for Social Media

1. Repurpose long-form content into short, platform-optimized clips.
2. Adapt videos for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts following best practices.
3. Implement trending transitions, audio, and pacing techniques.

💡 Creative Collaboration

1. Work closely with the content and marketing teams to align creative goals.
2. Understand brand tone, audience, and campaign objectives.
3. Contribute fresh, trend-inspired ideas for visuals and storytelling.

🚀 Trend Research & Quality Control

1. Stay up to date with evolving social media video trends and editing techniques.
2. Ensure all videos meet brand and technical quality standards.
3. Deliver projects within deadlines and correct form

Requirements:

1. 1+ year of experience editing short-form videos (Reels, Shorts).
2. Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
3. Good sense of pacing, transitions, and visual storytelling.
4. Understanding of social media engagement and audience retention.
5. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
6. Creativity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

💰 Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)

🏠 Work Mode: Remote (Work from Home)

🕒 Timings: Monday–Friday (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM), Saturday Half-Day
