Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and produce

  short-form video content

  (Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.) for AIPM Solutions’ social channels.
• Capture property visuals, client interactions, and company highlights creatively.
• Edit videos using trending music, transitions, and effects to enhance engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaigns and branding.
• Stay updated on

  social media trends

  video best practices

• Manage shooting schedules, lighting, and basic equipment needs when required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in

  video editing and production

  (preferably in real estate or marketing).
• Proficiency in tools like

  Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve

  .
• Strong understanding of

  social media algorithms

  and what makes content go viral.
• Creative mindset with attention to storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: Experience with
