Position Summary

Video Editor

You will collaborate closely with the creative, marketing, and content teams to craft impactful digital and social media content that inspires and informs audiences. An interest in film, farming, and sustainability will be considered a valuable addition.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw video footage into polished, high-quality content for digital, social media, marketing, and brand campaigns.
• Design and integrate motion graphics and visual effects to enhance storytelling and viewer engagement.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver engaging video assets.
• Maintain visual and brand consistency across all outputs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
• Stay updated on evolving video trends, editing techniques, and emerging design tools.
• Contribute creative ideas to improve content storytelling and visual impact.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional experience as a Video Editor or Motion Graphics Designer.
• Proficiency in

  Adobe Premiere Pro

  and

  After Effects

  ; familiarity with

  Photoshop

  ,

  Illustrator

  , or similar tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of handling

  DSLR cameras

  and understanding of lighting and framing principles is desirable.
• Solid grasp of

  video formats, codecs, and export settings

  across different digital platforms.
• Strong sense of

  storytelling, timing, and visual composition

• Basic knowledge of

  sound design

  and

  color grading

  .
• A creative mindset with excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with

  brands, agencies, or production houses

  is preferred.
• A degree or diploma in

  Film, Media, Television, Communication, or related fields

  will be an added advantage.
• Interest in

  film, farming, and sustainability
