Video Editing/Making Internship in Mumbai

As an editing intern at Ipix Movies, you will play a role in the post-production process, contributing to the creation of high-quality and engaging video content. You will be responsible for assembling recorded raw material into a finished product that aligns with the company's/brand's creative vision. The ideal candidate should possess a strong sense of storytelling, intent of working hard, technical proficiency in video editing software, and a creative mindset.Position: Video Editing InternLocation: Andheri West

Responsibilities

• Assist in editing short-form and long-form content for branded films, music videos, and digital narratives
• Work closely with the post-production team to support the editing pipeline
• Help organize footage, sync audio, and prep projects for senior editors
• Contribute to visual storytelling and creative ideation
• Learn and apply brand guidelines and technical specifications
• Handle file management and maintain project organization
• Participate in team reviews and accept constructive feedback
• Work in stock footage management
  

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro is essential
• Familiarity with After Effects is a plus
• Strong interest in visual storytelling and editing styles
• Keen eye for aesthetics, composition, and rhythm
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative
• Good communication and time management skills
• Ability to take feedback positively and work collaboratively
• Understanding of file formats and basic export settings
